Computer isn't reading memory card?

I have a 4gb memory card that has worked in my computer before. I put it in the slot and the light turns on, but nothing is popping up. Earlier today I put my 2gb card in, and it worked. I tried restarting my computer, but still nothing. The card works fine in my camera, but not on my computer. Help? :/
