Having problems with my blackberry Curve. Any suggestions?

While I was trying to listen to music, my blackberry froze. This has happened in the past, so I decided to as usual take the battery out to restart it. My blackberry started to reboot like normal, however once the white loading bar is full it nothing happens. Usually after this point it would start loading again and take me to my home screen. I've tried taking the battery out 4 times since then to restart it, but nothing has happened. I don't know when I would be able to go to a U.S. Cellular store to have it looked at. Until then, do any of you have suggestions as to what I might do to get my blackberry working again?
