My computer says i cant login?

everytime i turn on my computer, it says it cant find my local profile and that the problems could be tht it's unsecured or something. so it logs me into a temporary account which restarts eachtime u turn on ur computer...now i lost all of my files such as work/music/programs/etc. what do i do???
