Itunes can't locate my songs?

I had to restart my computer so I used DiskAid (it's very useful!) to transfer all my music from my iPod touch to my Itunes. It worked, but I then moved all the music files (the ones with random titles) from my desktop into another folder that I had. Now whenever I click on the songs that have been transferred, it says: "The song could not be used because the original file could not be found. Would you like to locate it?" And since all those songs are in a strange, random order, is there a faster way to locate all those songs? Please help!
