Gr why is facebook doing this??? 10 points!?

Okay so I can't look at my messages at all or my notifications D: No matter what I do, I've logged out restarted my computer (I've tried logging on, on 4-5 different computers) I've deleted my account and then got it back. I really don't want to make a new facebook, my sister can do everything normally on her facebook account so what's wrong with mine? Gr It's been like this for 3-4 days please help!!!
