How do you turn on all the features on new Yahoo mail? send, compose, reply and forward icons do not work?

I've read all the troubleshooting, clear the cache and cookies, updated Java and Flash Player, have tried different browsers, restarting computer and trying from a different one, so far, nothing has work so far, I can only received and read email. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks
