How to disable the speed governer/limiter?

I Have A 1994 Caviler Z24 And i was wonder how do you remove the Governer/limiter... Its been bothering me and i really wanna fix up with car what can i do to make it go faster?? And Make it accelerate faster?? i know what your thinking.. Sell The Car Buy a new One... Not An option... Please Help Me Out Thank You!!!
