Is My car slow...........?

It is a 1999 Monte carlo 3.1 v6. It's top speed is 107mph, That is as fast as the speed limiter will let it go. If I could figure out how to remove the speed limiter it would go allot faster. But as it s right now would you consider it fast or slow?
