Wireless Broadcom BCM 4312 install problems?

I just installed my Dell Vostro 1700 with the Broadcom BCM4315 card. The card was not responding when the system is booted. I have tried using LAN to update, after the update it worked but when i restart my system it stops working along with my LAN. How can I have the Broadcom STA wireless driver installed? Thanks for the help.
