MY COMPUTER!!! There's something wrong!?

I was try to put in an add in card, but me being silly. I put it in the wrong way. I was doing this while my PC was on...now whenever. I go to start it up I get this screen that says launch startup repair or start windows normally. I ran the repair and it went to start it?was at the windows 7. Starting screen for 15 mins. I got fed up and restarted the BIOS. And tried put both of my harddrives in raid, I saved and booted up and got screen asking me the same stuff as before. I chose start windows normally and almost instantly got a blue screen. I went back to BIOS and changed everything to failsafe defualts and still get a blue screen. Please help me.
