Will apple replace my ipod touch?

i dont have insurece on it, i bought it from walmart 2 years ago and about an hour ago i took it off the charger and it froze so i restarted it by holding down the home and sleep button for 10 seconds and it wont turn back on. im super upset and i will have access to an apple store this weekend.
